New to the CCC is Ben Franklin, who comes to us from the Pennsylvania Conservation Corps. Ben is working as a C 1 at the Placer Center, where he also hopes to make use of his electrical energy expertise in future apprenticeship programs .... Charlene Tapia, who began her CCC career as a corpsmember and most recently worked in Recruitment at headquarters, is now working as an AGPA -- Associate Governmental Program Analyst -- in the Training Unit .... Jennifer Johnson of Personnel’s Exam Unit has transferred to the State Personnel Board after three years at the CCC. We wish her well.
